Definitely wouldn’t come back here. I waited a week before submitting this review, expecting a manger to contact me after the feedback I left on checkout. Sadly this place had potential but seems like it’s operated on a budget. We checked in and the bedroom tv wasn’t working I had to wait until their IT guy could come the next day to fix it, also found out the IT guy is there only during the week so not sure what they do on weekends to solve these issues. The room was gross I’m not clean, the inside of the microwave was disgusting and the fridge and freezer was too. No service, good luck trying to contact anyone in the late afternoon onwards, I literally had to leave my room and walk to reception to get any kind of service. The pool facility was crap, closes early and was not heated, was so freezing we couldn’t use it. Won’t be coming back here.

Phoned ahead to make sure there was a cot in the room as we were going to arrive late. Then when i arrived i triple checked the cot had been set up which i was told it was. Getting to the room there was no cot, so had to call up again to ask for one to be delivered.
