The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The only thing I could fault this hotel on was that the music in the restaurant was too loud.

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the experience my family and I had during our recent stay at Novotel. We had booked three rooms for our stay, as we were a group of 7 adults and 4 children, and were looking forward to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, upon our arrival, we were shocked to discover that only two rooms were provided for us. We had to explain and later on we were told there was error from website. This discrepancy caused significant inconvenience and discomfort, as we had to manage the sleeping arrangements for such a large group within limited space. Furthermore, the quality of the accommodations provided was far below our expectations. The mattresses provided were small and uncomfortable, which only added to our discomfort. We had chosen Novotel with the expectation of enjoying a relaxing and comfortable stay, but unfortunately, our experience was quite the opposite. As customers, we value our comfort and the overall quality of service provided by the hotels we choose. Regrettably, our recent experience at Novotel fell far short of the standards we anticipated. We were not able to enjoy our stay due to the lack of adequate rooms and the subpar sleeping arrangements, which greatly affected our overall experience. I kindly request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to prevent such issues from occurring in the future.
